Who we share with
- Service providers we use to operate the site: hosting, analytics, email delivery, affiliate tracking. Each is contracted to use your data only for the service they provide us.
- Platforms we link to may receive referral information when you click through. They do not get your contact information from us.
- Authorities where legally required.

How long we keep your data
- Contact-form messages: 24 months from last interaction.
- Newsletter list: until you unsubscribe.
- Analytics: aggregated, up to 38 months per provider defaults.
- Affiliate attribution: as required by the affiliate program, typically up to 24 months.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. US residents in states with comprehensive privacy laws (California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and others) have specific statutory rights documented in those laws.

Children
SkillSniff is not for children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we delete it.

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect data. No system is perfectly secure. If you think your data has been compromised through our site, contact privacy@leadvault.ae immediately.
